LSK warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year after purchase. IGA will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by LSK on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. This warranty does not cover any damage to this prodcts that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassambly, repair, or modification.
To obtain warranty service, you may return a defective product, freight-prepaid and insured, to the authorized LSK distributor from which you pruchased the product. You must include product identification information, including model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period. Products shipped to the factory must be properly packaged in the original box including original packaging material to prevent damage in transit.
