RMA - Return Material Authorization
As an authorized LSK distributor you may return the product directly to the LSK factory after first obtaining a Return Material Authorization number.
An RMA number is obtained by either mailing or calling our Technical Support Office.
Important Shipping Instructions
Once you have obtained an RMA number from us, you must, within fifteen (15) days, send the product freight-prepaid and insured to the factory. Products shipped to the factory must be properly packaged in the original box including original packaging material to prevent damage in transit. You must include the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product to the factory without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned to you unopened.
If you are unable to return the product to the authorized LSK dealer or distributor from whom you purchased the product, you may return the product directly to the LSK service centre at:

after first obtaining a Retrun Material Authorization (RMA) number from us. An RMA number is obtained by contacting the LSK Technical Support Office. Conditions and freigth requirements are as with returns as shown above.
